1. Application Process
1.1. Submission of your application does not guarantee employment. All applications will be reviewed based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with CleanbyBlue’s standards.
1.2. Falsification of any information on the application or during the hiring process will result in immediate disqualification or termination of employment if discovered after hiring.

2. Pre-Employment Requirements
2.1. Background Checks: All applicants are subject to background checks, which may include criminal history, employment verification, and education verification.
2.2. Drug Testing: CleanbyBlue maintains a drug-free workplace. Applicants must consent to a pre-employment drug test. Refusal to consent or a failed test will result in disqualification.
2.3. Eligibility Verification: All applicants must provide valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States as required by federal law (I-9 Form completion).

3. Employment Terms
3.1. Employment-at-Will: Employment with CleanbyBlue is “at-will,” meaning that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
3.2. Probationary Period: All new hires will be subject to a 90-day probationary period. During this time, employment may be terminated at the sole discretion of the company without notice or severance.
3.3. Job Assignments: CleanbyBlue reserves the right to assign or reassign employees to different locations, roles, or schedules as deemed necessary for business operations.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally, adhere to company policies, and respect the workplace environment.
4.2. Failure to follow company policies, including but not limited to attendance, safety protocols, and work quality, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
5.1. Employees must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information obtained during their employment with CleanbyBlue.
5.2. Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination and/or legal action.

6. Compensation and Benefits
6.1. Wages and benefits will be outlined in the employee’s offer letter or contract, where applicable. Employees are responsible for reviewing and understanding their compensation terms.
6.2. CleanbyBlue reserves the right to modify pay rates and benefits in accordance with business needs and applicable laws, with proper notice provided.

7. Workplace Safety
7.1. CleanbyBlue is committed to providing a safe working environment. Employees are required to comply with all safety policies and report any unsafe conditions to management immediately.
7.2. Employees injured on the job must report the injury to their supervisor immediately and complete any required documentation.

8. Use of Company Property
8.1. Employees are responsible for the proper use and care of any company-provided equipment or supplies.
8.2. Any damage or loss resulting from negligence may be subject to reimbursement by the employee.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. In the event of any disputes arising from employment, CleanbyBlue encourages resolution through open communication and mediation. If necessary, disputes may be subject to arbitration.

10. Amendments to Terms
10.1. CleanbyBlue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Employees will be notified of any significant changes.
